At the heart of every visit is our food & beverage offering — and we’re now seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and develop our kitchen and bar operations. About the Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full F&B operation — from the kitchen and bar teams to stock management and guest service delivery. You will ensure our menus, drinks, and service standards create consistently enjoyable, family-friendly experiences, whether during everyday trade or large-scale parties and events. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring equal measures of commercial awareness, operational discipline, and passion for hospitality.
