Product Analyst
Permanent Opportunity
Location: Leeds, UK – 3 Days travel to Office – MANDATORY
NO SC Requirement – Good to have
As a Product Analyst, you will support the delivery of value by working on features, components, or parts of a product. You’ll use data, research, and user feedback to inform decisions, enhance user experience, and contribute to iterative development in line with user needs and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
* Experience of GDS like phased approach
* · Analyze user behavior, data, and feedback to support product improvements.
* · Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and developers to define and refine features.
* · Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
* · Support backlog refinement by providing evidence-based priorities and acceptance criteria.
* · Ensure solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
* · Assist in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
* · Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
* · Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.
* · Promote a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.
* · Ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.
* Requirements:
* · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Technology, or related field.
* · Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and user research methods.
* · Experience with Financial regulatory domain
* · Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* · Ability to translate data into practical solutions and explain insights to non-technical audiences.
* · Demonstrates curiosity, empathy, and a user-first mindset aligned with agile ways of working.
* · Ability to coach and mentor teams.
* · Experience in Agile delivery methods and working in Agile teams.
* · Strong communication and stakeholder management.
