JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service Administrator


LOCATION: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset


HOURLY RATE: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 5:00pm

Are you a passionate Customer Service Administrator looking to join a friendly and long-standing team? Our client, a well-established business, is seeking a talented individual like you to provide outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. This role is being offered on a temporary basis for a minimum of 12 weeks with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate therefore you must be available immediately to be considered for the role.


Key duties and responsibilities:



8. Answering calls and assisting customers with their queries

9. Updating customers details accurately

10. Fielding calls and ensuring they are directed to the correct department

11. Booking repairs and maintenance

12. Sending confirmations to customers

13. Liaising with field team members to ensure works are being carried out promptly

14. Responding promptly to emails

15. Undertaking additional administrative duties to ensure smooth operation within the department

16. Confident and polite telephone manner

17. Upbeat and positive attitude

18. Strong IT skills

19. High work ethic, excelling in a fast-paced environment

20. Exceptional customer care skills and willingness to go the extra mile
