We're looking for Youth Workers, Behaviour Mentors, Sports Coaches, Support Workers, and anyone with experience supporting young people to join SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools across the area as a Teaching Assistant. No classroom experience? That's okay. If you've built trust with young people, helped them through tough moments, and know how to stay calm when things get challenging, you've already got skills schools are crying out for. What does the role involve?
