Your Mission
As Barco's Global Head of CEO Talent, you will :
* Lead two high-impact global teams : Talent Development and Talent Acquisition driving excellence across the full talent lifecycle.
* Co-create and execute a future-focused HR Talent strategy in close partnership with the CHRO.
* Steer headcount forecasting and workforce planning across regions and functions, aligning talent needs with business growth.
* Champion global initiatives that elevate our talent agenda, foster innovation, and shape a culture of continuous development.
* Build and nurture strategic relationships across international HR and business leadership communities.
* Act as both a visionary strategist and a hands‑on operational leader, balancing bold ambition with flawless execution.
