As a Stores Person, you will play a vital role in the efficient operations of our warehouse and ensure the accuracy and availability of our inventory. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling stock, as well as maintaining proper documentation and records. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours for this role are: Monday - Wednesday 09:00–17:30 Thursday 09:30 -17:30 Friday 09:30–17:00 What you will be doing: Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Ensure that all stock is properly stored, organized, and labelled in the warehouse. Prepare and complete documentation such as goods received notes, stock control records, and delivery notes. Keep inventory record systems up to date by performing regular stock checks and reconciliations. Pick and pack items for internal departments and customers, ensuring accurate quantities and proper packaging. Arrange for the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary, keeping track of minimum and maximum stock levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in the warehouse. Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience In order to set you up for success, we look for the following skills and experience: Logistics experience or a service industry background. Knowledge of construction equipment products and markets. To be able to work accurately with numbers and locations for Parts A strong Customer Service bias. Good communication skills.
