Procurement Manager (Facilities)
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This strategic role will involve procurement leadership, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive asset registers for all sites to support the RFP process.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFP development, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with the wider Facilities Management team to ensure operational continuity during the transition period.
* Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to align contract terms with internal policies.
* Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and vendor performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* In-depth understanding of building systems, planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance operations.
* Proven track record in procurement or supply chain management, with specific experience in facilities management services.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and facilities.
* Advanced negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor performance management skills.
* Experience delivering FM procurement projects within complex, multi-site environments.
* Ability to work independently and drive accountability in a deadline-driven, project-oriented environment.
