We’re looking for an ambitious and visionary Strategy and Architecture Lead to join our dynamic #digital function and help drive our next phase of digital transformation.
🔍 What you’ll do
As the Strategy and Architecture Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding AEI through business transformation, leveraging emerging technologies to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll own the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice, champion innovation, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to align our IT strategy with AEI’s bold growth ambitions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Shaping and executing IS strategy across the AEI landscape, aligning tech with business value
2. Leading our enterprise architecture design, governance and innovation
3. Driving the evolution of the EA practice into an agile internal consultancy
4. Spearheading technology-enabled business model transformation
5. Overseeing strategic vendor partnerships and sourcing strategies
6. Enabling digital-first delivery across SAP, BI/Analytics, and beyond
7. Managing a high-performing architecture team (#dLT) with an innovation-first mindset
🎯 What we're looking for
You are a strategic thinker and enterprise technology leader with a passion for enabling growth and transformation. You're comfortable with complexity and energized by change. You bring:
8. Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, IS strategy, or IT transformation at scale
9. Deep understanding of emerging technologies, platform models, and data-driven innovation
10. Strong leadership and people management skills, able to inspire and lead high-performing teams
11. Experience driving alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains
13. Prior experience managing vendor governance and strategic partnerships
14. Ideally, experience with SAP landscapes and modern BI/Analytics solutions
