Corporate Solicitor, NQ+, Cheshire, To c£55,000 (DOE)
JOB REF: 4286 – This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for a varied corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advisory work, and general corporate and commercial contracts.
- Support more senior lawyers on complex transactions.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the delivery of a high‑quality client service.
- Work closely with colleagues across the team to gain hands‑on experience and develop technical and commercial skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Corporate solicitor with up to 3 years PQE.
- Strong team player with excellent client management and communication skills.
- Technically strong with excellent drafting ability and sound commercial awareness.
- Proactive, organised, detail‑focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
