Operations Coordinator
Location: Kings Langley
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We're looking for a confident Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, a leading provider of premium made-to-measure shutters across the UK.
About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our installation team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless service. You'll be responsible for:
* Scheduling installation and survey appointments, ensuring engineers' diaries are efficiently planned
* Acting as the main point of contact between customers and installation teams
* Coordinating stock, deliveries and job preparation to make sure installations run smoothly
* Updating internal systems accurately and promptly
* Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of office-based experience (essential)
* Previous experience scheduling engineers, surveyors or field-based teams (desirable)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
* Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
* A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
