You'll be the driving force behind their brand presence and lead generation. You’ll design and deliver campaigns that connect with target audiences, manage content across all channels, and translate their vision into action. Collaborate with leadership to define clear marketing goals that support wider business objectives
Bring fresh thinking to how we reach and engage new audiences
Plan and run targeted campaigns across email, digital and social
Manage content creation, from social media and email marketing to blogs and case studies
Oversee website updates, keeping content current and aligned with marketing goals
Lead on SEO, lead gen and engagement metrics to drive real results
Manage external suppliers, freelancers or agencies for design, video, etc
Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI to stakeholders
Own and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Proven experience leading marketing strategy and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
A confident, proactive approach to managing projects and driving results
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
A passion for storytelling, branding and building long-term engagement
Collaborative team player who builds a strong understanding of the brand by leveraging the knowledge and experience of colleagues.
You’ll shape the marketing approach and be trusted to lead it with the backing of a team that values ideas and initiative.
This is a Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm office based role.
