What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills & Qualities: Excellent subject knowledge in health and social care. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. A team player with a flexible, enthusiastic, and committed approach. Excellent organisational, IT, and administrative skills. A supportive and empathetic attitude towards learners. A proven track record of successful teaching or youth engagement. Evidence of ongoing professional development. Qualifications: A relevant qualification at Level 4 or above. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above. Assessor/Verifier awards (or willingness to work towards). Experience: Relevant vocational/industrial experience in healthcare. Experience in a healthcare or clinical role. Strong industry networks and professional integrity. Recent teaching experience in further education or a professional setting. Desirable: Degree in a healthcare-related discipline. Experience with higher education teaching, T-Level delivery, and curriculum planning. Knowledge of embedding English and Maths into curriculum delivery.
