We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Band 5 Staff Nurse to be based at Droitwich medical centre, which is situated close to junction 5/6 of the M5, we also have another satellite hub in Tenbury located at the hospital. Our team covers 8 GP surgeries situated in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire.
If you are looking for a role, where you can use your skills to make a difference then come and join our team, where nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nursing Associates and Administrators work together in our local Neighbourhood and alongside our GP partners to support people in their home environment.
Main duties of the job
* The ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
* Working flexibly to provide the service delivery need across the local area (the service operates from 7:30am 6:30pm, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays).
* An enthusiastic, motivated and innovative thinker to become part of a primary care facing community.
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your own patient list whilst supervising others and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
* The ability to problem solve and manage time effectively.
* Experience of working in a fast paced and varied environment.
* The ability to travel to deliver care services.
