🕒 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm with flexibility required

What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided! The Role Involves The Following Duties
* Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and up‑to‑date.
* Audit compliance against the QMS, GMP, Food Safety, Fabrication & HACCP controls.
* Raise non‑conformance against relevant site, customer and 3rd Party Standards.
* Effectively communicate and support the operational team to implement the appropriate & necessary corrective action; review & follow up to ensure corrective action has been effective and embedded into the site.
* Conduct sampling for microbiological & chemical analysis. This will involve finished product testing for microbiology, nutritional testing, water sampling, swabbing against schedules; logging samples onto extremal lab system and communication with the lab regarding samples and results.
* Support with NPD trials, prepros and production launches.
* Provide technical support & advice to operational team.
* Work with operations to help facilitate complaint investigation.
* Work as one team to ensure that the site is audit ready every day.
* Prepare & facilitate taste panels & ensure results are accurately communicated.
* Conduct validation & verification checks against CCP & Food Safety Controls being conducted by operations.
* Calibration of measurement equipment against schedule.
* Read, understand and follow all guidelines relating to chemicals and equipment. Adhere strictly to all onsite HACCP procedures.
* The site is committed to being “audit‑ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times.
