We are seeking a flexible and committed Learning Support Assistant to provide support across different year groups on a temporary basis, covering long-term staff sickness from November 2025.

Duties as a Learning Support Assistant:
* Provide in-class support to pupils to help them access learning and reach their full potential
* Work with individual pupils or small groups to deliver targeted interventions
* Assist teachers in adapting learning materials and activities to meet the needs of all learners
* Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and engagement
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
* Support different classes and year groups as required
Requirements:
* Relevant Teaching Assistant or Learning Support qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
* Previous experience supporting pupils in a school setting
* Ability to adapt to different classrooms and year groups confidently
* Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills as a Learning Support Assistant
* A caring and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and development
