Working closely with the Head of Facilities Delivery, this role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day facilities activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out to a high standard. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help maintain an optimal working environment across our sites. In this role, you’ll assist with regular safety and security inspections, support the upkeep of building systems and equipment, and help ensure that all mandatory checks and compliance requirements are scheduled and completed on time. Document processes and keep accurate maintenance records to support audits and reporting. Assist in project planning and execution, including raising purchase requisitions. Coordinate equipment and supply needs — from furniture and kitchen appliances to in-house maintenance stock. Ensure compliance with building regulations and work closely with the Health & Safety team to uphold standards.
