Overview
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. You'll provide in-depth expertise on mental health to ensure residents get the most out of life, meeting their needs and treating them with dignity and respect. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in a Barchester care home.
* Develop tailored care plans and carry out clinical tasks, using your mental health expertise to support the multi-disciplinary team.
* Ensure each resident is treated with dignity and their needs are fully met.
* Support new residents during settling in and contribute to the development of care plans.
* Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure exemplary standards of care.

Qualifications
* Current NMC registration
* Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia
* Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
* Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
