This new role has been created to support the increasing demand for services across Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The Role You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of gas appliances, from domestic boilers to industrial heating systems. Most of your work will take place within the social housing sector, including extra care facilities and properties supporting vulnerable residents. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will also carry out water-related repairs and maintenance when required. While the main focus is on service and maintenance, you will also provide support to the installations team. A sound understanding of commercial equipment installations is essential, though hands-on installation experience is not required.
