The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the brand new store in Cardiff, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, and effective team leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead, motivate and coach the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and compliance using our training tools.
* Recruit, develop and retain talent; promote CT culture and brand values to create a great atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
* Identify sales opportunities, drive corporate activity and new business, and build strong relationships with peers and Head Office to manage stock, payroll/budgeting, layout, promotions, staff development and employee relations.
* Make commercial decisions to support the store, including visual merchandising support from the VM team to reflect brand identity.
* Lead the daily running of the store, champion colleague engagement, and ensure compliance with company policy, procedures, costs and security.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience as a Store Manager with the ability to lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to maintain a long-term vision.
* Highly commercial with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills to influence, persuade and negotiate at varied levels within and outside the company.
