Clinical Lead Mental Health
Location: Eckington Court Nursing Home, 7 Penny Engine Ln, Eckington, Sheffield S21 4BF

Salary: £52,000- £55,000 per annum depending on experience

Exciting times at Eckington Court Nursing Home! We're expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to lead a specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person-led care and making a difference to the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team.


What You'll Be Doing

* Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
* Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
* Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
* Support strategic decision-making with the home and deputy manager.
* Lead our support and inclusion groups within the home's community.

What Were Looking For

* Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
* Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting
* Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience in care home settings
* Training in PBS, trauma-informed care, or similar frameworks.
* Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
