Ethical Trade & Social Compliance Specialist
We’re looking for an Ethical Trade & Social Compliance Specialist to lead on factory audits, supplier compliance, and ethical sourcing across our global supply chain — with a strong focus on China.
You’ll play a key role supporting our SDA, Bakeware & Homeware categories, partnering closely with suppliers to drive standards and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing ethical audits (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000)
* Driving Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to closure
* Supporting factory onboarding & compliance approvals
* Acting as the go-to advisor for ethical trade internally and externally
We’re looking for
* Experience in ethical trade / social compliance / CSR
* Strong background in factory audits & supplier management
* Experience working with China-based manufacturers
* Ideally sector experience in SDA, Homeware or consumer goods
