* Days of work - Monday - Friday (between 7am - 4:30 pm) + rotating Saturday 8am - 12pm (40-45 hours)

The Job:As a retail and trade assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Greeting and engaging with retail and trade customers
* Ensuring a high level of store cleanliness and presentation is maintained
* Driving sales & KPI's through conversations with customers
* Opening and closing store, banking, cashup, stock management
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy items of 30 kgs
* Eager to learn and grow your career, as there is an opportunity for growth for the right person
Ideal skills and experience required:
* Ideally, have 3+ years of experience in the Paint or Trade industry or other transferable sales or customer service skills
* Turn up to work with a positive can-do attitude every day
* Excellent communication and people skills with a genuine ability to motivate those around you and work as part of a team
* Ability to self-motivate and think outside the box, bringing innovative ideas to the table
* All Applicants must have full Working Rights in NZ (no sponsorship)
