We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school. The role will involve working closely with teachers, supporting small groups, and providing 1:1 help so every child can thrive both academically and socially.

* CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
* A caring, proactive approach to supporting learning
* Strong relationship-building skills to encourage pupil confidence
* A team player with great communication and initiative
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
* Providing targeted support to small groups and individuals
* Helping children with additional needs fully access learning
