Summary
Easy Bathrooms is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, supporting reconciliations, and delivering high-quality customer service to our stores and customers.
Responsibilities
* Processing and allocating payments from stores, suppliers, and customers
* Reconciling accounts, including bank, supplier, and customer ledgers
* Handling finance queries by phone and email in a polite, professional manner
* Preparing invoices, receipts, and credit notes as required
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records
* Assisting with month-end reports and finance team projects
* Investigating and resolving discrepancies in financial data
* Supporting ad-hoc financial administration as needed
Requirements
* Experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong knowledge of financial procedures and reconciliation processes
* Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks or similar)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Positive, proactive attitude and customer service skills
