Do you have a strong background in construction or refurbishment? Are you confident managing a team of trades, prioritising workloads and delivering projects? We have an opportunity for a Project Supervisor to join our team in Aldershot. In this role you will oversee refurbishment projects whilst supervising multiple trades and ensuring all works run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
* Supervise and coordinate planned refurbishment works
* Oversee and manage multiple trades on site
* Plan and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with H&S requirements and RAMS
* Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and site updates
* Carry out regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality and compliance
* Provide regular progress and performance updates to managers
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in construction or refurbishment, ideally within a supervisor role
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources
* Excellent communication skills
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* First Aid certificate
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to complete and pass security vetting
