The Package:
* Up to £60,000 per annum basic salary
* Workplace pension

The Job Role:
* Head Chef to oversee catering for staff dining & hospitality for approx. 250 per day
* Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and people development.
* Head Chef to manage the kitchen & a team of 6+
* Growing and developing the team, driving an elevated food offering.
* Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
* Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements:
* A Head Chef who comes from a high-end B&I background, or has experience in fine dining & event catering
* Experience in fine dining is desirable
* Experience of working to set KPI’s in a challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
