Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 4.30pm, Friday 8:45am - 3:15pm (37.5 hours per week)

As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be the dedicated resource for this major client - managing day-to-day operations, solving challenges quickly, and delivering outstanding results. You'll need to be agile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay comfortable with priorities changing at short notice. What You'll Be Doing ✅
Take full responsibility for managing the company's largest client account
Act as the dedicated point of contact for all client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Handle queries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally
Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and amendments using CRM systems
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
Work closely with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics
Maintain accurate account records and develop account plans with the Customer Services Manager
Support continuous improvement initiatives and attend internal meetingsWhat We're Looking For 🔎
Proven experience in manufacturing or food & drink industry
Strong background in account management
Ability to stay agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
