Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their dynamic team based near Cirencester). This initial 12-month contract offers a strong potential for conversion to a permanent position, contingent on business fit and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing HR operations for an organisation of approximately 80 employees
Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Driving HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Supporting organisational changes and restructuring efforts
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in HR, preferably within an engineering organisation
Strong generalist HR knowledge and skills
CIPD Level 7 qualification
Ability to work predominantly on-site near Cirencester
Proven track record in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels
