Responsibilities

• Support the engineering function by coordinating maintenance activities across the site.
• Plan preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage engineering workloads.
• Coordinate contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure engineering resources are utilised effectively to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.

Qualifications

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Co-ordinator, Maintenance Planner, Engineering Planner, or similar role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Essential Requirements

• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems.
• Ability to coordinate engineering activities and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with engineering, production, and external contractors.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and engineering operations.

Desirable Requirements

• Engineering qualification or technical background.
• Experience working within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or other fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
