A leading, high-growth procurement and commercial consultancy is seeking a senior Capital Procurement leader to play a pivotal role in building and scaling a strategic growth area across the UK and wider EMEA region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping and growing a Capital Procurement capability supporting large, complex capital programmes across capital-intensive sectors, particularly Energy & Natural Resources, Utilities, Power and Infrastructure.
The role combines executive client engagement, commercial leadership and practice development, with strong investment and senior sponsorship behind future growth.
The successful individual will bring the credibility and gravitas to engage confidently at executive level, articulating value across major capital programmes and driving sales and account growth. Alongside client leadership, the role will contribute to scaling capability through recruitment, team development and broader practice build.
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with senior leaders who bring deep Capital Procurement experience gained within client, consulting or supplier environments — ideally with exposure to more than one.
You are likely to demonstrate:
* Executive-level experience in Capital Procurement or major capital programme delivery
* Experience overseeing large, complex capital projects or portfolios within EMEA or globally
* Sector experience within Energy & Natural Resources or other Capex-heavy industries
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to shape high-value propositions
