Key Responsibilities:
1. Process CIS returns and timesheets for subcontractors
2. Assist with end-of-month financial tasks and reporting
3. Reconcile bank accounts across group companies
4. Manage and process purchase invoices
5. Prepare supplier payment runs for review and approval
6. Handle intercompany transactions
7. Resolve queries
8. Manage company expenses
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Solid experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable Clerk role aiming to progress
* Confident handling CIS
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
