We are excited to be recruiting for a part time role in our Swansea team, following another recent promotion within Stori.
This position offers the chance to play a vital role in supporting people to live independently and confidently. You’ll be working alongside individuals to build life skills, encourage self-advocacy, and ensure they have access to the services and opportunities they need.
What you’ll do:
* Provide personalised support that promotes choice, dignity, and independence.
* Help people develop new skills and achieve personal goals.
* Actively signpost and connect individuals to essential services (medical, financial, legal, and community-based).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* The right to work in the UK (please note that we do not offer sponsorship visas).
