The Role
They are looking for their first hire in their AI Transformation Unit - an AI Automation & Workflow Lead.
This role is central to how they scale AI adoption across the business. You’ll be hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining AI automations, workflows, and agents that support operational delivery and how that fuels the strategic growth.
You’ll be the architect and operator of the AI backbone, ensuring tools work seamlessly together, evolve with the technology, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design & Build: Identify business processes ripe for automation and build AIworkflows and agents to handle them
* Orchestrate Tools: Connect multiple AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms, APIs, CRM/HRIS systems, etc.) into cohesive solutions.
* Maintain & Optimise: Continuously monitor, refine, and improve automations as business needs and AI capabilities evolve.
* Partnership: Work directly with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other units to understand needs and translate them into AI-powered workflows.
* Governance & Standards: Set up guardrails, testing, and documentation to ensure AI is safe, reliable, and auditable.
* Innovation: Stay on top of emerging AI tools and best practices; recommend and pilot new solutions.
* Training & Enablement: Build simple playbooks and guides so teams can use AI workflows effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong background in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Airflow, n8n, LangChain, AutoGPT-style agents, or similar)
* Proven ability to integrate APIs and SaaS tools across business functions.
* Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
* Familiarity with data governance, prompt engineering, and workflow testing.
* Comfortable with light coding/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) — but not required to be a deep developer.
* Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Self-starter, experimental mindset — can work autonomously in a fast-changing space.
