We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a friendly team. This apprenticeship lasts 24 months and offers the chance to work towards a MSc in Quantity Surveying, providing a fantastic start to a career in this sought-after role.

This role offers the opportunity to complete a MSc in Quantity Surveying while gaining practical experience and becoming an integral part of our team.
We will support your path to achieving a qualification or chartered membership with RICS.
Key duties include:
* General administration for the Commercial team
* Supporting in producing tender packs, assisting in CVR processes, tender reviews, and valuations
* Raising Subcontract orders
* Updating Commercial trackers (procurement)
* Raising Subcontract payment certificates
* Running reports
We are looking for applicants who:
* Have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above and a minimum level 3 qualification at A-level or equivalent
* Have an interest in a construction career
* Are good with numbers and have attention to detail
* Possess a driven attitude and a desire to succeed
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
