Company Pension Scheme, Free onsite parking, opportunity to attend company events About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong technical background. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in textiles, compliance, and innovation will directly impact product performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Develop & manage the full product lifecycle. * Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends. * Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation. * Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches. * Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications. Skills & Experience: * Knowledge of relevant standards (EN ISO 20471, EN343, ISO 13688, RIS 3279). * Strong technical skills in textiles, fabric testing, and garment development. * Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar for technical flats. * Familiarity with global supply chains and regulatory environments. * Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
