Access Healthcare is now recruiting Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. Provide personal care, hygiene, and daily living support
Assist with mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
Observe and report changes in patient conditions
Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all service users
Follow infection control and safeguarding policies

Previous care experience (hospital, nursing home, or community care)
A caring, empathetic, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
