Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance
Location: Borehamwood
We are pleased to collaborate with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to advance in the Bridging Finance industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing post-completion cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms by implementing account management and redemption strategies.
* Monitoring milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
* Communicating daily with clients and brokers via phone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
* Appointing administrators or receivers when appropriate.
* Maintaining relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
* Handling breaches or non-compliance issues and pursuing payments or compliance from clients.
* Preparing redemption statements.
* Managing further advances or extensions as needed.
* Building relationships with key partners and investors.
* Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
* Reviewing and challenging documentation.
* Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Background in financial services and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
* Strong numeracy skills and awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements.
