Temporary Building Maintenance Technician - Electrical Bias
Location: Merk House, Poole (Bank of New York Contract)
Dates:
* Shadowing: Monday 22nd December
* Independent Work: 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st December
* Rate: £27- 28 per hour umbrella
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical bias and relevant qualifications. The role involves overseeing building maintenance across several floors, including:
* Basic electrical repairs (e.g., fixing lighting issues)
* Understanding and monitoring the plant room
* General building upkeep
This is a holiday cover position; the workload is expected to be light, but you must be on-site to respond to any issues. Previous experience in commercial settings is essential.
Requirements:
* Electrical qualifications and hands-on experience
* Ability to work independently
* Familiarity with plant rooms and building systems
