Role: Solutions Sales Specialist - ITSM
Location: London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid)
Package: Up to £75,000 + £5,400 car allowance + £40,000 OTE

What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving the growth of ITSM and ITOM solution sales, creating real impact for both existing and new customers
* Building and managing a healthy, accurate pipeline—working closely with our brilliant sales teams
* Designing and executing territory plans that open new doors and unlock whitespace
* Collaborating with leading tech vendors to bring joint solutions to life
* Managing full sales cycles, from first conversation to successful delivery
* Staying sharp on market trends to keep us one step ahead
* Identifying common challenges and shaping future service offerings
* Working cross-functionally to support broader solutions and bring the best to our customers
What You Bring
* Proven success selling ITSM/ITOM solutions, with a focus on digital transformation and service automation
* Expertise in ServiceNow, Xurrent, or similar platforms
* Experience in both public and private sectors is ideal but not essential
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of budget cycles
* An authentic, consultative communication style, both written and spoken
* A strategic mindset for building strong, long lasting customer relationships
* Solid stakeholder management and a proactive approach to collaboration
