* Must have experience of working with adults with specialist complex care
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience with complex care, essential.
* Driver not essential but preferred.
* Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
* Knowledge of positive behaviour support, risk assessments & de-escalation strategies.
* Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
* Strong communication skills
