Our payroll bureau experts are on top of the ever-changing legislation in payroll compliance, including pension auto-enrolment. Location: Worthing. Department: Business Outsourcing.

Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation of weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls
* Filing and other clerical tasks
* Processing starters and leavers
* Assisting with the administration of pension schemes and auto enrolment
* Assisting with year-end processing
* Assisting with PAYE/NI reconciliations
* Assisting with the processing of statutory sick pay, and statutory maternity and paternity pay
* Assisting with payroll corrections
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Good team player
* Able to follow established policies and procedures
* The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* The confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues
* To be able to work well within the existing structure of the team
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Good numeracy skills ideally with GCSE Maths at least grade C or equivalent
