Maintenance Electrician (Solar Farms)
Lincoln – The role may be based in Sleaford, Grantham, Newark-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + bonuses (up to £10,000) + vehicle + progression + pension + excellent holidays + overtime.

The Role
* Conduct maintenance on electrical installations across multiple solar farms.
* Inspect and report on operations across solar farms.
* Perform routine maintenance on electrical installations.
* Fault‑find electrical components.
* Work with and manage external subcontractors to complete maintenance tasks.
* Receive additional training on high voltage equipment and opportunities to progress to more senior positions such as SAP or Regional Team Leader.
* Earn salary and benefits as listed above.
The Person
* Experience in the installation and/or maintenance of solar equipment or commercial/industrial electrical equipment.
* Level 3 electrical qualification and 18th edition.
* Clean UK driving licence.
* Willing to travel between multiple sites.
* Broad knowledge across electrical systems (cables, inverters, connectors, monitoring and communications) with a willingness to expand knowledge.
