Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home. Supervise and develop care staff, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements. Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide quality outcomes. Lead shifts, complete care planning, and monitor service delivery. Assist with audits, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience as a Care Home Deputy Manager or senior care role. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
