HR Officer - Recruitment
I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR/Recruitment Officer to join their busy and supportive HR team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration, while gaining exposure across the wider HR function.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from adverts through to onboarding
* Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
* Preparing contracts and offer letters
* Maintaining HR systems and employee records
* Supporting agency staff processes and payroll liaison
* Assisting with onboarding, probation processes and HR administration
* Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks
What we're looking for:
* Previous HR or administrative experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive, team-focused approach
* Understanding of recruitment processes is highly desirable
