Leasing Manager – Retail Property (Remote working)
Are you a commercially driven property professional looking to make a real impact? We’re partnering with a leading retail brand to find a Leasing / Estates Manager to help drive and optimise their UK property portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape the property strategy, and deliver tangible value across a national estate.
Location: Field-based role covering the North East of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Salary: Up to £73,000 plus great benefits
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in retail property, estates, or leasing
• Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law (Scottish law experience advantageous)
• Proven negotiation experience (rent reviews, lease renewals, property deals)
• Commercial mindset with strong financial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• MRICS qualified or working towards
