Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

2. Previous experience in financial operations (Particularly invoicing & maintaining financial controls)

What this role is all about:
Are you passionate about data, detail, and driving financial accuracy? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in managing analytical tasks and supporting corporate invoicing and servicing processes.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Actions
4. To assist with calculating and issuing Corporate scheme invoices, both for PMI and Trust
5. To build and maintain Corporate Servicing reconciliation tools
6. To undertake failure analysis and build on existing processes to ensure no reoccurrence
7. Respond to team requirements and implement automated solutions to manual processes
8. Assist in maintaining all EUA and Internal Financial Controls, whilst ensuring adherence
9. Engage with Brokers, Vitality Business Consultants, Account Managers and Franchise Directors regarding complex or escalated Corporate billing queries via telephone and email
10. Identifying and escalating (through your line manager) risks that impact business, customers or other third parties
11. Reporting (through your line manager) any issues and/or system/process failures that may impact on service to customers
