Responsibilities
* Plan care calls and produce efficient daily care worker rosters using the UniqueIQ system (roster must be created at least one week, ideally two weeks in advance).
* Facilitate customer care assessments and reviews.
* Cooperate closely with the Local Authority and potential customers to secure new contracts and manage enquiry‑related tasks.
* Exercise supervisory responsibility for frontline staff, including care worker supervisions, onsite spot checks and competency assessments.
* Assist in recruitment by interviewing care worker applicants.
* Create new care staff users and new customer users on the UniqueIQ.
* Support carers with mobile phones (setup, monitoring, support).
* Assist with medication checks, transcribing and e‑MAR chart audits.
* Complete ECM system reconciliations (CM 2000 and IQ Timecard).
* Serve as a consistent point of contact for customer queries and issues.
* Maintain the training matrix and evidence within UniqueIQ.
* Participate in the service’s on‑call rota (paid on top of salary, one in four weeks).
* Undertake other office duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must be a car driver with access to own transport.
* Previous experience in health and social care, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
