Location: Remote in the UK
About The Role
Responsible for sales and business development of SPXFLOW Pump brands, products, and aftermarket services in Central Europe, especially Germany and Benelux. Engage with existing and new customers to expand the customer base, develop relationships, troubleshoot concerns, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. Develop strategies to increase sales and support the sales team and channel partners.
Responsibilities
* Promote SPX FLOW Pump brands, products, spares, and aftermarket services in assigned territories, directly or via agents/distributors.
* Maintain regular communication with customers to generate leads and opportunities.
* Conduct on-site meetings to understand requirements, finalize designs, and resolve concerns.
* Coordinate with Service Operations for support, troubleshooting, and repairs.
* Plan and coordinate site visits with Field Service Technicians.
* Build relationships with end users, system integrators, and EPCs.
* Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts, monitor against targets, and develop action plans.
* Deliver sales and technical presentations.
* Collaborate with other regional managers.
* Understand customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the European market.
* Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, CRM, and Power BI.
* Willingness to travel extensively in Central Europe, especially Germany and Benelux.
* Experience with pumps or industrial rotating equipment preferred.
* Proven sales track record advantageous.
* Technical expertise in pump products and processes.
* German language skills preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and technical solution skills.
