Job Title: Videographer & Photographer (Storytelling Internship)

Position Overview
Camp Grace is seeking a creative and mission-driven Videographer & Photographer to help capture the life-changing moments happening every day on camp. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow as a visual storyteller while building a meaningful and diverse portfolio rooted in purpose.
At Camp Grace, you won’t just take photos—you’ll tell stories of hope, joy, transformation, and belonging. From summer camp energy to quiet, impactful moments, your work will help share the heart of what God is doing in the lives of campers and families.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and video of camp life, including programs, events, staff, and camper experiences
Document authentic moments that reflect joy, growth, connection, and transformation
Edit and produce engaging content for social media, website, fundraising, and storytelling initiatives
Conduct and capture interviews/testimonials with campers, staff, and families
Collaborate with the Camp Grace team to identify and develop meaningful stories
Assist in creating highlight videos, recap films, and short-form content
Organize and maintain a digital media library

Qualifications
Passion for storytelling and a heart for people
Interest in photography, videography, and/or content creation
Basic to intermediate experience with cameras and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence when capturing personal stories
Willingness to be flexible and present during camp activities (some evenings/weekends required)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with social media content creation
Familiarity with audio, lighting, and interview setups
Interest in faith-based or nonprofit storytelling
This role involves capturing real stories of children and families. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, empathy, and a commitment to honoring each person’s dignity and story.
