If you love crafting ideas that spark conversations, building communities that feel alive, and working with creators who elevate a brand, then you will thrive here.
This role will be based in our Glasgow office. However, we are open to considering candidates in or around Manchester with the expectation that there will be regular travel to Glasgow for client commitments and team collaboration.
The Job
As our Senior Organic Social Manager, you will:
Lead organic social strategy with confidence and purpose, turning brand goals into clear, creative, insight driven plans that deliver.
Build always on content ecosystems, not just content calendars, shaping narratives that earn attention, trust and loyalty.
Set the vision for each channel, understanding the nuance of how communities behave across platforms and crafting content that feels native, not forced.
Own the day-to-day rhythm of social, ensuring every post has a job to do and every platform feels alive.
Bring BIG ideas and make them happen, guiding creative development, refining concepts and ensuring output is bold, relevant and on brand.
Champion best practice across storytelling, accessibility, structure and platform innovation.
Turn data into direction, analysing performance and presenting clear, human led insights that inspire action and show commercial impact.
Lead client relationships day to day, acting as the senior delivery partner who drives strategy, quality and momentum.
Collaborate across PR, creative, digital and paid to deliver fully integrated work that aligns to wider brand and commercial objectives.
Support and mentor junior team members, providing structured guidance and quality assurance.
Plan and manage influencer activity, including identifying creators, briefing them clearly and ensuring content aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
Oversee influencer partnerships end to end, from outreach and negotiation to approvals, relationship management and reporting.
Identify opportunities for incremental gains, channel growth and cross selling, using insight, forecasting and performance trends to shape recommendations.
Support new business efforts, bringing energy, clarity and senior level strategic thinking to pitches, audits and proposals.
The Person
You will be a great fit if:
You are confident, strategic and comfortable taking ownership of complex, multistakeholder client work.
You bring at least 7 years of experience in organic social and influencer activity, with a proven track record in enterprise level accounts.
You have managed creator campaigns and understand the realities of selecting, briefing and managing talent.
You are a Tshaped marketer with deep channel expertise and broad understanding of wider marketing activity, integrated campaigns and commercial impact.
You have strong editorial judgement and excellent attention to detail.
You understand audience behaviour across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging spaces.
You can set KPI targets, contribute to forecasting and communicate performance and value clearly to clients.
You build trust easily with both clients and creators and can handle challenging conversations with clarity and composure.
You are analytical and commercially aware, and you can explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
You are organised, proactive and happy owning work from concept to delivery.
You demonstrate leadership qualities and are comfortable mentoring team members toward their development goals.
You are positive, collaborative and naturally bring energy to the people around you.
You Will Also Be
Practical and calm under pressure.
Highly adaptable and comfortable shifting between strategy, delivery and creative thinking.
Someone who enjoys creating order and structure.
Focused on the quality of the work and the relationships behind it.
Motivated by growth and excited by what social and influencer storytelling can achieve.
A role model for professional standards, positive behaviours and team culture.
Skills and Tools
You will bring experience with:
Social analytics and reporting tools
Influencer identification platforms and outreach workflows
Budget management, tracking and understanding profitability
Creative briefing and content review
Social listening and cultural insight tools
Understanding of how organic, PR, paid and influencer strategies support each other
Familiarity with channel forecasting, KPI setting and strategic planning
